Thursday, February 03, 2005 got into the talentquest finals. will be competing at jurong point next next weekend. nervous? yeah..but confident. i will whack them all.

i went toa payoh today to meet moi old friend. havent seen her since she gave birth to her son. haha..shes gotten so fat already!! she treated me to sakae and we caught up on old times. haha talked about last time when we were together and how we decided after several attempts that we were much better off as good friends. i knew her too well and vice versa. Guess being born one day apart means we were too similar to be together..not really logical i guess but ha..yeah.. we were walking around shopping for stuff when i saw her. she was the cutest thing ever. she was wearing a pink dress and was wearing a white cap. She seemed to be shopping too as she somewat gingerly went through some of the dresses on display. I couldnt help gazing adoringly at her. She was really really the cutest thing. Then she turned and look at me curiously and my heart melted. I resisted the urge to go over to her and introduce myself and could only watch as she sat down and proceeded to feast on an otah. I tried to make my glances at her less obvious, but it was still quite apparent that i was admiring her. I was about to give up trying to get to know her when she winked and smiled at me. Shyly i smiled back. She laughed and winked at me again. I felt as if i could fly. Then my friend came and we had to go. Before we left, i contemplated whether i should go get her number or not. She probably won't have a handphone though. Sigh. I turned around to steal a last longing glance at her and found that she was looking at me too. She winked and smile that angelic smile again. I grinned idiotically back and waved good bye. She waved back. Sigh... if only she was not a 2 year old... *GRIN* |
