think im getting slack..think im becoming more and more of a health freak...feel fat already after one week plus of practically non-gymming..even though people have been telling me i slim down a lot. IT THE RICE DIET!!! NO RICE hear me DUN EAT RICE, FRIED STUFF,FAST FOOD,SOFT DRINKS,CHOCOLATES,ICE CREAM,ANY KIND OF SKIN ON MEAT and voila!! low carbo low fat yet still a not to-die for diet. oh yeah and FRUITS!! lotsa!!! mus go gym..tmr swimming...mus go gym now mus go gym now mus go gym now..ah..fuck it lah..getting nua already...cnt cnt..mus go gym mus go gym...
