die liao sleep so much these few days..not cant get no sleep no mo!! jus recovered from damm sickness but still down with niggling cough and a bit dizziness and that damm bitter tast f panadol stuck in moi throat! daMmm!! but ok lah..im strong man! i can handle it! well was suppose to talk about malaysia..well heres the low down on them malays clubs: -- been to liquid ( two storey club top floor is the dance floor below is the chill out spot..something like EMbargo yo..top dance floor hmm hard to describe..like a ware house setting quite minimalistic except for two platforms smack in the middle if the dance floor. music top 40s mainly with a little bit of garage sounds pounded into the mix. not bad. even had workinggirls..u know the kind of gals who will groove round ya turning u on to the rhythm of ya bodies shake ya tailfeathers a bit get ya freak on awile leaves ya wanting for more...haha..but the crowd's mainly gay..c more happening stuff on one night then i c in one year's supply of centro boys night !) ps: - gotta say something about them toilets..u know for us guys them peeing stations..instead of having that damm boring metal standing up-then-pull-and-flush thingy they have a kinda waterfall thingy seperated into different sections by gasp! transparent plastic strips..sexy and unconventional..at least to my swakoo singaporean eyes..and toilets..haha not shut-in-ya-face doors.but curtains! no way to lock them too..unisex and no way to lock them curtains down wich means a guy can jus walk in pull them curtains apart watch them phat chicks pee for a while b4 mumbling a cheeky apology and stumble off happily...course that doesnt mean I did it..harhar... da beach pub : -- nothing worth mentioning..live band churing out senseless crap music..atmosphere is good though..crowd heavy..but music sux..like a hippier hard rock cafe bliss ah..the mecca of clubbing in kl i was told. is wat zouk is to us yo. not bad not bad at all realli! crowd was hippy about early 20s to 30s..entrance was very stylo mylo kind..like zouks entrance then u climb a flight of stairs up to the bar then u get to the dance floor..pretty big..sofas to the back..a small stage cum platform cum dj stand..toilets to the right of the dj stand..got a place which is like a big balcony for ya to take a breather and chill and rest b4 u get them bootys shaking again..toilets is as i mentioned above..plays progressive trance, a bitta acid, a bitta house..nice mix of music.. industrail ah for hip hop fans!! and strictly so!! plays realli good hip hop music but everything else fails! from its cover drink (only beer! freaking beer!! and realli lousy freaking beer too!!) to the crowd (wat the hell! towkays with their entourage of hangeron past-their-prime-yet-STILL-trying-to-look-good aunties) to the platform dancers (slinky dancers dressed in nothing xcept for black undies trying to dance sexy but looking like their trying to keep from falling off them small platforms instead) everything else sux big time. needless to say i didnt stay to find out who came out and called this dump a club. the back room supposedly a underground club. underground as in hidden from view, secretly operating till 7am in the morning (the rest got license till 4), haven for ecstasy addicts and more illicit acts going ons. i have been to a couple of underground clubs in jb and i mus say this one in kl sux big time. two seperate rooms one for r&b one for techno. r&b side not much xcept for two platforms one on the left one on da right..techno side three platforms left right cntre plus a mini stage..damm lousy techno..ecstasy? haha...certainly no one gettin nor feeling any. illicit happenings..too dark to c any..certainly none on the dance floor..heard later that there was going to be a raid so the club wasnt even gonna operate till 7! damm my luck..wouldnt have stayed that late anyway. crowd mainly..erm..no categorisation here..even mix of malay hip hoppers and ma-lianz (malaysia lians) and surprisingly a lotta white foreign asses..wats with them whitys and this place? rite enuf about clubs..shopping..been to china town and several shopping places like lot 10, klcc where the twin towers is, etc..generally prices ARE cheaper by half than that in singapore..addidas shoes price 100+ in sing got it for about 50 there. projectbloodbros shirt about 90 sing got it for about 50 there too. cigarettes..damm 4 sing bucks onli for them hard packs! should have brought more money..ermm wrong should have EARNED more money to bring there!! haha..they are having BIG SALE there middle of this month who wanna come?? haha... rite..work today not very good..first time spilled plates near the cutomers..damm that selena..im clearing plates she come and squeeze near me for wat!! spill plates dunno how to say sorry..i kanna scolding somemore..shit..still have a lot to learn though..seems like i realli forgotten a lotta stuff from my banquet days. now have to learn how to pick up toothpicks using the two spoons method thingy..have to get the dance steps down pat too..cnt be lazy liaoz!!!! ps..feel like eating fried chicked gawd sinful thought!! but once in a while can lah hor..kar tmr we go eat!! Tuesday, July 29, 2003 long time neber updated this blog liao...came back from malaysia..straight away fell sick..still went to work anyway...felt like banging my head against the fish tanks!! ache like hell..no strength..sore throat..fever...running nose..cough..piles..ermm...no no piles. anyway..am still feeling like shit now..will go meditate and pop a few panadols..hope i wake up feeling better otherwise im going to bacng my head against the monitor..erm..like dat the monitor will crack rite?? cpu? cannot not hard enuf..sigh..where is kar's head when u need it...
